So the bad news is I'm getting kicked out of my great apartment in Manhattan due to some severe landlord nepotism (their son is finishing up college and wants a sweet pad in the city - my lease happens to be up in April... I had no chance).
The good news is I may have found a fantastic place right nearby - last year it was featured in the New York Times as having the best rooftop garden in the city! (Truth be told, I'm not a city type at all. I live in Manhattan because I love Xanga, and New York happens to be our home base. But I miss trees and plants and gardens - this new pad would be a breath of fresh air.)

I live in the city, moved from a small town, I miss Autumn, the reds/oranges/golds of the leaves chaning colour, the trees, garden of fresh veggies..
