PLEASE HELP US TEST NEW COMMENT FEATURES

A few months ago we upgraded every Xanga account to allow multiple profile pics. We also added a way to let you choose a different profile pic for each of your posts.

We've seen Xangans use this feature in all kinds of cool ways: using thematic profile pics for categories (like a little plate of food for posts with recipes or a pic of yoda for movie reviews) or using different pics for different moods.

And we thought, why not let people do the same things for comments?!

Soon you'll be able to choose a different profile pic for each of your comments. (Thanks to janet )

We've tried to test this feature on as many different Xanga layouts as possible (particular the ones with tons of funky, custom codes), and we think we've got it working on everyone's sites. But could you do us a favor and check for us?

Please sign into your Xanga account on our test site, and check out some of the comments (only posts from the last week or so will have profile pics):

If it looks ok on everyone's site, we'll make it live!

(Please note: when we finally go live with this feature, you'll have total control over the display of profile pics on your own site - you'll be able to hide them if you want.)

Worked for me. And it is really cool to see the profile pictures with the comments. Good job!

My question is how do I change my profile pic for each post? I looked for that after first reading about it but I don't see the option on my X tools box. Am I just missing it? (IE is it in a corner or something?) I could just be blind too. *grin*

Looks ok on my site, I do hope that we can turn off the borders of them so the empty boxes are not just hanging there. It'd be cool if we can rotate them too, so they can be different than what is on our page if we choose.

I just noticed it does strange things to my nested tables background...it cuts it off before the end of the page, just the top layer, so the next one shows, so it looks pretty strange. It wasn't doing that before.
