GO PREMIUM WITH PAYPAL!
Now you can pay for Xanga Premium with your PayPal account (finally
). When I recently asked about other payment options, a bunch of you mentioned you'd been waiting for PayPal support to go Premium - so between all his emergency calls to take care of the Xanga servers, Dan somehow found time to program it for you.WHAT IS PAYPAL?
Click here to learn all about PayPal. It's basically an easy way for you to send (and receive) money securely over the Internet. After you sign up for your PayPal account (signing up is free), your friends can email money straight into your account (heh, if you've got really nice friends) or you can grab money straight from your checking account and then use it anywhere that accepts PayPal!
PREMIUM RECAP
Just to recap, here's the updated list of ways that you can now get Xanga Premium:
1. By Credit Card - if you have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card, you're all set - just click here to upgrade.
2. By Check (PayPal!) - if you'd like to pay by check, the easiest way is to use PayPal! Just sign up for your free PayPal account and plug it into your checking account. Then you can use PayPal to Get Premium. Of course, you can also just write us a check (U.S. accounts only, please), but that'll take a lot longer to process. With PayPal you can use your checking account to get Premium much more quickly.
3. By PayPal - in addition to using PayPal to pay by check (above), you can of course use any other funds in your PayPal account to get Premium (e.g. if friends have emailed money to your PayPal account - lucky you
- you can use it to get Premium).4. By Money Order - please see this previous post for instructions on paying by money order.
More enhancements and cool stuff are on the way (not just new payment options

just for that i wont get premium
I'm so happy about this. I love supporting Xanga and giving the gift of premium here, but I hated using my credit card and my PayPal is set up to deduct from my checking account. THANK YOU!
Now... please... find a way to delete unused accounts and those of people who leave YOU nasty comments and no props!

Some real dummies out there. You guys just keep up the good work & ignore the idiots.
For those who bitch about paying for premium, the cost per day to be able to post virtually anything you want, the way you want it, is very minimal. Short of paying for a domain name, which you pay nearly as much for, & paying for a host, which costs more than a Xanga subscription, the deal here is great.
I would just hope that you 'Xangods' just add a couple more functions, like being able to block individual subscribers who may have been causing blog owners problems.
