BATCH PUBLISHING AND PHOTOBLOGS
Janet made it easy to quickly and easily post to your photoblog! Just go to your upload page as usual, and you'll notice a few extra fields in there:
- http://upload.xanga.com/uploadphotos.aspx
Please have fun with it! We're working next on making it easier for visitors to find your photoblog (and also, batch editing tools for photos you've already uploaded). But wanted to let you know about the new batch publishing options right away!

Batch publishing? For the photos? Haha I still don't understand how to add to the photoblog... do you just upload images? I have yet to do that, but I will soon. I plan to use the upload space to hold images for a layout...

what about the skinning part? i wanted to get premium, but the tags were not that pretty, i.e., the date, title, post, and div.smalltext were rolled into one tag, and so on.. :(

nice, i think i'll start to photoblog.

why can't i add more people to my protected post list without being a premium. If this was a free feature, i wouldn't have to rotate my list of 10 people to read my post.

And yeah I think it would be cool if there would be a direct link to the photoblog directly on the xanga site... otherwise people are like... eh?

I have this idea... you know how EBay has those tabs like "Auctions and Buy it now" then "Auctions" or "Buy it now" in these tabs? Why don't you guys do something like that with the Profile, Photoblog, and Weblog? Make three special tabs for it and then people can just click on the tabs... I unno just a thought I had.

Will there ever be a time when the tagging is used for anything? For instance, I'd love to be able to click on a tag and see only those photos with the tag - it would make it almost like a folder type mechanism.

I've been spectacularly unsuccessful in getting the "organize your photos by artificially manipulating their dates" to work; probably just a case of me not understanding the user interface. Everything I've tried in terms of changing the dates results in the photos staying in the same order - what a drag that is.

Great addition. The default "public" setting and "include in photoblog" options made me nervous a bit, thinking it would automatically upload the set of pics to my photoblog page (even when I don't mean it to).

Okay...so I have a question about the photoblogs in general. How exactly are you supposed to find them on someone's site? Because, correct me if I'm wrong, there isn't a direct link. Now, I haven't updated my profile. Could that be the reason? I just thought I'd ask.
